2013/14

The Club is pleased to announce that last financial year (2013/14) it provided community contributions to the Croatian Catholic Centre, the Croatian Ethnic School and the Canberra Musicians Club. The contributions were equivalent to over 67.53% of 2013/14 revenue from the Club's gaming machines.

For those organisations seeking assistance from the Club, a reminder the Australian Croatian Club has a policy that before any community-based club or association is eligible to receive any form of sponsorship from the Club (financial or in-kind) every member of that organisation must first become a member of the Australian Croatian Club.  Where members of that organisation are under the age of 18, this requirement extends to their immediate guardian.

2012/13

The Club is pleased to announce that last financial year (2012/13) it provided community contributions to both the Croatian Catholic Centre and the Croatian Ethnic School. The contributions were equivalent to over 50% of 2012/13 revenue from the Club's gaming machines.

For those organisations seeking assistance from the Club, a reminder the Australian Croatian Club has a policy that before any community-based club or association is eligible to receive any form of sponsorship from the Club (financial or in-kind) every member of that organisation must first become a member of the Australian Croatian Club.  Where members of that organisation are under the age of 18, this requirement extends to their immediate guardian.

The Club is pleased to announce that last financial year (2011/12) it provided community contributions to four organisations. The contributions were equivalent to over 35% of 2010/11 revenue from the Club's gaming machines. The organisations included:

- Leukaemia Foundation

- O'Connor Knights

- Croatian Ethnic School

- ACT Government's Problem Gaming Assistance Fund

  • Croatian Ethnic School
  • Revontulet Finnish Folk Dancers

For those organisations seeking assistance from the Club, please note effective 1 January 2010 the Australian Croatian Club has introduced a policy that before any community-based club or association is eligible to receive any form of sponsorship from the Club (financial or in-kind) every member of that organisation must first become a member of the Australian Croatian Club.  Where members of that organisation are under the age of 18, this requirement extends to their immediate guardian.
