This smoked pork loin is a cut above the rest. The Dalika Small Goods team takes extra care to cure the meat for five days, then slow-smoke and chill it, resulting in an unparalleled product. You can slice it thinly and place it atop a green salad, wrap it around a slice of rockmelon or simply enjoy it as is.

Description

Our Smoked Pork Loin is a tender, juicy and succulent cut of meat that melts in your mouth. The special artisan technique where it’s cured for five days then slow-smoked and chilled to produce the right flavour and then slow-smoked and chilled makes it easy to slice very thinly. The result is a soft, succulent and richly flavoured meat product with a very smooth texture. Dalika small goods has been perfecting this recipe for over 50 years of experience handed down the generations.

Note: Please note that all orders are only available as pick-up orders at the Australian Croatian Club – O’Connor. Friday 5pm to 9pm. Wednesday Close of Business is the order cut-off date.
