Description

The Dalika Smoked Pork Neck is your traditional Croatian dry-cured smoked pork neck muscle. The process Dalika uses is to cure it for 18 days and then slowly smoke it for 2 hours over low woodfire in their oak wood smoker, the results being a mouth-watering delight. Enjoy with some sour cream washed down with a cold beer or wine. Price per kg.

Note: Please note that all orders are only available as pick-up orders at the Australian Croatian Club – O’Connor. Friday 5pm to 9pm. Wednesday Close of Business is the order cut-off date.
