A successful morning at the Australian Croatian O’Connor Club with Ante Susic from Dalika Smallgoods running a masterclass on Croatian pršut (prosciutto).
The masterclass was held on 5 July 2025 and saw over fifteen individuals learn the secrets to Croatian prsut using traditional methods and techniques passed down from generations.
Ante took the group through the first session which showed everyone how to correctly prepare the meat for the processing and curing parts of the process where they will look at salting, washing and resting the meat.
